You probably found this website because you've seen doctor after doctor. They ran tests, treated the symptom, sent you home — but the problem never really went away. It was masked for a while, then came back worse — or the medicine created problems of its own.
So you're left wondering if there's anything out there that can actually help — something that gets to the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.
I'm Kim, and I know that journey well — I lived in it for years.
If any of this sounds familiar, here's what I most want you to know. You are not broken. You are not imagining it. The cause is real — it's just rarely where anyone is trained to look.
For me, healing didn't start when I found the right medical protocol. It started when my body was finally heard.
I'm glad you're here.
Welcome
Reclaiming health through sound
Most of us are walking around a little out of tune and don't even notice. Life gets loud — the noise, the to-do lists, other people's voices, including the ones that took up residence in your head and started sounding like your own. Somewhere under all of it is the frequency you started with. Your body still knows it. It just hasn't heard it in a while.
That's what a session is for — and no two look quite the same, because I work with what's actually in front of me that day. Tuning forks, singing bowls, percussion, and my own voice, moving through the room and through you. You feel it as much as hear it; vibration reaches places words can't. Sometimes we work with the breath, or a visualization, and you take a more active part. And when something physical is asking for attention, I'll work directly with the body and its energy. Often it's some weave of these. You don't need any experience, and you don't have to believe a thing — you just have to show up.
The thread through all of it is the same. I offer something clear and steady — a true note, a guided breath, a focused touch — and your body recognizes it. With sound, it's called entrainment: a steady frequency meets a system that's drifted, and the system retunes itself to match. I'm not putting anything into you. I'm meeting what's out of tune and reminding it of what it already knows.
People come for all kinds of reasons — chronic pain that won't let go, a mind that won't quiet, stress they've been carrying in their shoulders, or just the sense that they've drifted from themselves. They tend to leave looser, quieter, more here.

My invitation to you
There's no rush here, and no hard sell. If you're curious, the gentlest way to begin is a sound bath — a chance to feel what this is to be soothed and relaxed, and nothing asked of you but to lie down and listen. The next ones are listed on the Events page.
When you're ready to go deeper — to find what your body has been holding and finally set it down —I'd recommend a one-to-one session. You can reach out with a question, or book a session when it feels right.
You've been alone with this journey long enough. Come and be heard.
