Remember the importance of Earth Day with a restorative Sunset Sound Bath. As the sun sets, experience a sound journey featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gentle percussion, and guided breathwork to relax the nervous system and deepen your connection to the planet.

Allow this time to help you let go of the worries and anxiety that keeps you from living rour best life.

What to Bring

Yoga mat or cushion, or comfy folding chair
Blanket and pillow for comfort
Water
Optional: eye mask
