If nothing on the calendar fits, leave me a message at 336.504.3737
and I'll call you back so we can find a time that works.
Life keeps us busy — I'd rather make it work than
have you give up because the calendar wouldn't cooperate.
What happens when you arrive
We'll start with a few minutes of talking — what brought you, what you're hoping for, anything you'd like me to know. Then you get comfortable, sitting or lying down, whichever you prefer. I may work on your body or in the space around it; if there's anywhere you'd rather I didn't touch, or you'd rather I didn't touch you at all, just tell me. Nothing happens here that you're not at ease with.
Where we meet
Sessions are in person, in the studio behind my home in rural Person County — quiet and private, next to the gardens and the koi pond. That's where this work goes deepest. I do offer the occasional virtual session when getting here truly isn't possible; if that's you, reach out first and we'll talk about whether it's a good fit for what you're working through.
Sound and vibration aren't right for everyone. Please check with your doctor before booking — or hold off — if you:
• have epilepsy (in rare cases, sound and vibration can trigger a seizure)
• have a pacemaker, insulin pump, cochlear implant, or other metal implant or medical device
• have had a recent concussion
• are pregnant (there isn't enough research on sound therapy in pregnancy to call it safe)
If you're ever unsure, ask your physician before we work together. I'd always rather you be safe.
A few notes
Things to know
I'm not a licensed doctor or therapist. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or promise to cure anything. What I offer is a safe space to experience healing through natural means — sound, energy, and your body's own ability to settle and rebalance. Everyone responds differently, and I make no medical claims; everything I share comes from personal experience and traditional use. You're always in charge of your own choices and your own care, and I'll encourage you to see a licensed professional whenever you need one — especially for anything serious. A few things, like thoughts of suicide or late-stage illness, are beyond what I can help with; if you're carrying something like that, I'll gently point you toward the right support.
